Strange fan noises

Yesterday I got new HS the same as I had before, my clip broke so I replaced it.
Yesterday there were no noises today I get some strange noises coming out of my comp. I tried to stop the 2 80mm fans, the noise didn't stop, tried stopping the HSF and the noise continued the only additional fan I got is the fan on the mobo that came with it. I didn't try to power off comp and disconnecting the fan 1 by 1 but my guess is the mobo fan, why could it be making strange noises? did it get clouged w/ something or what I don't know.

I stopped the fans with my finget by pressing them to a stop, if they're stoped that way is it possible for the fans still make any noise?

Mine mobo fan did that also, and i have heard of lots of other ppl having the same problem with the asus a7v133 mobos.

Change it because it will die totally in just a matter of days which then makes your chipset overheat.
