pencil fading...how to tell?

If I have to do it again, would there be no post at all or just random BSoDs? I noticed they occur(more often:rolleyes: ) When using a mult. other than 10. It could just be my imagination, but would doing it again help at all?

Do a semi permanent fix such as the defogger repair kit , when mine faded not all my multiplier adjustments were available , and the HSF is dagerous to remove no matter how many times you do it :)
