Folding control

Does anybody know, if the two clients which Folding control sets up work independently from each other?

They should as long as they are working in their own directories. Without the -local switch it will probably just show the same unit being worked on and could possibly corrupt the wu.

The author says, that folding control will automatically add Flags, I wonder if that works...

I the two clients show the same protein type, but different percentages of completation, can I conclude that they are in fact working on two different work loads?

They should be ok then. Are you using EM to control everything??

Sorry. Didn't realize that Folding Control was another program. It should be working fine then

Thanx for your help ploaf, but I just got back to EM, which lets me run up to 4 local instances..and it looks way better...:D
