China CPU's

Are they good or bad on average compared to the other countries? I've got a 3.2E Prescott from China. Currently running 4.0GHz stable at 1.475v. Not sure how much further I can push the chip yet but I'm using a Thermalright XP-90c with a 2500rpm 92mm Panaflo fan, idle temps are 39c, load temps are 52c.

I and a couple of buddies had that proc. The stepping didn't matter. What mattered was making sure you don't get one form China. All the ones from China sux.
I've also heard someone else gripe about them. Personally i have no clue.
