Hauppauge WINTV-PVR-USB2

I posted earlier in the week about a homemade LCD projector I made. I found this nice external Hauppauge TV tuner. Is this a good choice to go with? Does anyone know the pros and cons on this product? I google’d for reviews but I couldn’t find anything very helpful.

From all I've read Hauppauge is the best when it comes to TV cards. I dont know much about externals but I think they too get excelent reviews. I'm going to be putting the new PVC500 in the machine I'm building.

For the most part, external ones are a joke. Too much CPU utilization. Go for a good PCI card.
