ive OCed it to almost Ti500 speeds, but no luck.

im using coolbits 2, forceware 71.84 (didnt upgrade to 71.89 yet), and i have a vantec UV LED PCI card cooler cooling the card. the card has heatsinks on the ram and has a fan on the chip.

if i could flash the card, how could i do it within windows, if possible? ive heard that there is a way to boot into dos via a boot cd.

thanks so much!

:welcome:

You should be able to flash your card assuming you find a bios compatible with your board/gpu/memory etc. As long as it's a reference design part, and the bios is for a reference TI500 you should be ok, though you'd want to do some research as I'm no longer familiar with such old cards.
Check the sticky at the top of this forum for info on flashing nvidia based videocards. It's a floppy/dos bootable only affair, so proceed with caution.

dude just buy a 5200 for $35 and OC it to a 5700; that should take you two atelast 200 3d 05 marks.
