2.0Ghz athlon xp with 10x 200 tight timing ex: 2-2-2-x

which one better????

test and find out, see which one is faster for what you use your comp for.

to be honest, it kinda depends on the applications you use.

i can't choose becos i want to choose between 2 memory :(
btw my use of comp usually simple office & gaming :)

simple office and gaming...completely different ends of the spectrum.

have you verified that your motherboard can do 250mhz FSB? Not all AthlonXP boards can do that.

I would go with the 250FSB myself.

Of course, if you went with good TCCD memory, you could probably do both scenarios and see what works for you ;)

unless you're running a DFI lanparty you can pretty much forget about 250fsb using socket 462 unless you want to use 256mb sticks. however if you don't mind around 220fsb and tight timings (2-2-2-11) then go for some bh-5 and maybe some TCCD if you can find it. generally TCCD won't do 220 2-2-2-11 but if you get some good sticks you might. I have a rig right now that is using bh-5 and I'm rock solid at 220fsb 2-2-2-11. seems to run faster than the same system using TCCD at 237fsb 2.5-3-3-11.
