Papst I believe has a very reasonable 33cfm fan. It is what is on the Swifty 370.

thinking about it, if you can get hold of the 60mm version of the delta screamer them you could run it at 7 volts, it will give yuo good performance, you could also just go for the ys-tech 26CFM of the 70mm fan which fitts a 60m fan place

How load is 32 dB-A? any1 know? I want to buy a 60mm fan that does that outputs 19CFM, ok I guess, but how load is 32?

I don't think that will really work because the deltas arn't built to be quiet so it wouls still be reletivly loud. How do you do the mod though? I'll do it anyways, lol, just for fun. Used to know the mod but didn't try it so forgot...

I don't remember exactly, correct me if I'm wrong but I cnnect teh Red on the 3pin Delta to the Yellow on the 4 pin connecter. Then I connect the Black on the Delta to the Red on teh 4 pin connector?(PSU)
Is that right?
32 db is pretty quiet. i think the delta is like 46 or something.

Try this site
http://sidewindercomputers.com/tecar.html
It has recordings of various fans
And while its impossible to know exactly what volume to listen to the fans at, you can still get a good comparison of diffent fans.

Heres the diffent deltas

And heres the quietest 60mm i've found, and it doesn't suck(as in it has very low cfm-12, actually almost useless)

I'd say try running your delta at 7v first to see if thats quit enough.

is the 7v mod even remotely dangerous to my board? because I would imagine it gets the etra 5v from the 12v line.
Here's the fan I am hoping to buy:
http://www.caseetc.com/cgi-bin/caseetc/F-241.html
Do you think it's too loud because I can go for the 28dB ver that gives me 16.6CFM.
Will the first one be quiet enough? Will the 7v mod be better (noise and speed)
You might want to look at this chart.

that chart can't is only for 92mm fans and it seems kinda wrong that for example a 32dB fan can pump out 40CFM.
