Folding Team Leader Time Frame

How long will the new team leaders be staying at that position is there a specific time frame whenever they are ready to step down???

Probably until either we can't do it anymore or someone better comes along. I for one really dont know what to as of yet so I'm trying to learn.

Why would we need a time frame as long as they do good?
