When is the P4 531 coming out (and if possible, the 955x)?

I was just about to go buy a 530J and a 925x/xe motherboard to upgrade my 1.6A and 845D motherboard.

However, now I hear about the 531s, and this new 955 chipset which will basically make the 925x obsolete due to its inabiliyt to use the new PentiumD chips.

Anyone have any release date and pricing info on these two things? If the price is going to be ridiculously high, I won't bother.

I was also considering just getting a cheap upgrade and going with a 915P board, but am hesitant due to the PCI locking issues.

Yep, if I knew that 925xe would take dual core/Pentium D, then I wouldn't care, mind you, if they are going to change sockets again in 6 months, I don't really care as much anymore. In that case, I would be more concerned about when the 531 is coming out...
