Are these guaranteed to be TCCD or just a good chance they will be?

Not that it really matters as the whole purpose of the post is to make everyone aware of the Mushkin on sale...but on whose clock does Today @ 1:19 AM (my post) come after Today @ 10:27 A.M. (Sen's post)???

Looks like they raised the regular price of it.

Sure does...its now $241, less $20 rebate. It was $200 before rebate (plus free shipping) so that $40 increase on $200 = 20% price hike!

There's that "increase pricing on increasing demand" software that newegg uses in all of its gory glory. They sure are not shy about raising those prices are they?

If anyone were to by it RIGHT NOW at $221 AR they would definitely feel like idiots. Like... I really can't see a semi-smart person buying it anyways right now.

Newegg has the Geil TCCD on sale now for $162 after a $40 rebate. See new thread for link.

When I clicked the link, it says it is $221 after Mail-In rebate.

It is $221 PLUS a $20 MIR for a total of $201 after rabates (not including shipping).

EDIT: NM, it does appear as though it is $221 after rebate

Back to around $180 price. Is it still guaranteed TCCD?

Yes, I think that is the consesnsus. It is just iffy if you will get it on a BrainPower PCB. From what I've heard though, the newer ones should be shipping on BrainPower's:)

I thought that if it's not BP PCB and it wasn't working out good that you could call mushkin and have them replace it.

Contact Duonger if you have problems; otherwise, I've heard good news about them. Hey, for $184 right now that's a hot deal!

Just ordered a set. FWIW, the ones linked to ncix.com and outpost.com are not the same model as the NewEgg ones.

Are you referring to the "Blue" line that everyone links to at outpost? Yes, those are vastly different.

Let us know if you get a BP PCB!!! I know I would like to know :santa:
