Internet Explorer stopped working all of a sudden

I can ping using both name and IP but I can't open any pages using IE. Any ideas?

Check the I.E Lan Settings which can be found in Tools...Options...Connections.

Is it a new install? Download any porn lately? :D You could try a reinstall of just IE, or an upgrade if it's not ver 6.
