This was not intended to be a CIG.. advertisement but I guess if you could tell they were smokes I guess I have a well polished H/S

My idle temp is 36C and load is 51C I hope this to inprove after I get my Artic Silver ( HOPE HOPE )

I'm sure you'll knock off at least 5C, usualy there is a 5-8 temp diff between Idle and load, you have twice that.
temps are high but you have low temps for an air cooled system that high. Have you considered modding it to hold maybe a stronger 80mm fan? I hear it is very simple and not only does it improve cfm to 68 but the high pitch noise is gone from the delta.
delta makes the 68cfm fan but I need to find one cheap.
some other fans are good too and not as loud.

how do u lap the heatsink ?

You put some sandpaper on a very flat surface like Glass and then you rub the HS in a figure 8 pattern, to make sure it is grinded equal!
