I have 2-512 sticks of PC3200 Corsair ValueSelect in an Asrock 775V88 motherboard. I have the following choices to choose from in my bios for memory: (underlined value is what I have it set to)

DRAM Frequency: Auto - 133 - 166- 200
Flexibility Option: Enabled - Allows for better tolerance for memory compatiblity.
CAS Latency: Auto - 2.0 - 2.5 - 3.0
DRAM Command Rate: 1T - 2T
DRAM Bus Selection: Auto - Single Channel - Dual Channel
On-Die Termination: Enabled - Disabled
DRAM Driving for ODT: Disabled for No ODT support - Enabled
VLink Speed: Fast - Normal
DRAM Voltage: Normal - Fast

Here are my CPUZ screenshots:

Is it my motherboard or memory? I know it's not the best memory in the world, but I didn't have that much money and wanted to get the pc running.

Can I change any of the settings above to and if so, what to change them to?

Dram Freq = 200
Flex Opt. = enabled
CAS Lat. = 2.5
Dram CR = 1T
Dram BS = Dual channel
On-Die Term. = not sure of this option
Dram ODT = disabled
VLink Speed = try both and see which gives the best performance and stability
Dram Voltage = Normal for none to low OC...Fast for anything over 10FSB OC...

I will try that and see what it does. Thanx.

So whats the problem...

The memory should be running at least 200 mhz, and it is only running at 143.2.

Didn't work everything stayed the same. Bad memory?
