Just a qwick qustion on the VIO if I increase the Vio ( and yes I know this is not Vcore ) will it help with the stability of he CPU I am overclocked quite well now but if the Vio will help to stabalize the CPU I think I can go further I know that my onboard PCI and VGA can handle at least 155 fsb I have run them there with my old 750 tBird@155 x 6.
I have just upgraded to a 1.333 ayhja as you can tell by the sig below. and I am having trouble with any fsb above 138/9 I think it has to do with the PSU and Heat the heat will come down after the ASII comes. Any way I have begun to ramble so the ? is will the VIO help to stablize the CPU as well as the rest of the system?

The VIO will help your stability for a little bit, though it really raises the voltage for the motherboard...ie the 3.3V more than the voltage going to the CPU. It'll help the CPU a little bit, though.
