This wasn't confirmed, the dealer probably put this on their site before they were allowed to. I don't think the announcement was formally made yet. I guess ATI will allow others to make boards for their chips from now on. Smart move. Learn from the mistakes of 3DFX.

I think that what is posted is a mistake. Heard nothing of this at all in techy news, but ya never know.

Hrmm, I dunno. Would become interesting though if it is true.

Ummmmmmmmmm
Interesting...
An ASUS Radeon? Um . . . its possible, but ATI has always made their own stuff, so I don't know what the benefit would be. It could be a mistake, though. Everybody sees that Asus and a mighty f*ckload of other companies make boards for nVidia, so maybe the people who designed the site put that up and thought it was true.
Also this:
"Power Magic Multimedia announced its ATI RADEON 8500 and 7500 based cards
Besides, the company will introduce a wide range of other ATI products:

either this is one wildly spread rumor, or 32d party companies are gonna be making ati based boards.
