how do i set my cas on my mobo? is it cycle length? how do i know what cas setting my RAM is at? i'm on a KT7 if anyone could help me that would be great.
I dunno anything about your mobo, but you should be able to set the CAS value in the BIOS. Some cheap OEM mobos (like mine unfortunatly) don't have settings for this, but since yours seems to be a good mobo, I'd say give the memory settings in your BIOS a whirl.

Yes, cycle lenght is the same as cas..
cycle lenght 3 = slow
cycle lenght 2 = fast
