Which OS??

I am using win 98 right now...and i think i'm pretty behind with technology...haha...everyones talking about 98SE, XP pro, 2k, Me....i'm planning to change OS...which one is the best and has the least problems....i'm afraid to change OS's cuz of all the problems between hardware and OS...and 98 has been pretty nice to me...so guys....which one do you recommend??...

Win2K with the SP2 has been good to me. I can play all my games that I could under Win98SE. If you have the HD space why not dual boot for awhile so that you can play with Win2K and still have old Win98 in case you have problems. WinME is a dog and not recommended by many users....WinXP is too new...Wait until there is some real world feed back. It never pays to be the first guy on the block to ungrade.
