suggest budget overclockable 512mb stick?

wondering if i can do better than the kingston in my sig i picked up awhile ago? price range is budget; say $60ish

depends on the ICs. most like the twinmos speed premium if you can give them 3.2volts.

is there a particular reason you only want a single 512mb stick....because for 60$ you could get g.skills 2x256mb kit that runs 2-3-3-6 at stock with the timing headroom you should be able to get a decent oc from it, or if you can afford 100$ they have a 2x512mb kit.....just my 2 cents

Gotta love the TwinMos SP PC3200. I am running 2x512MB in my DFI LP NF3 250GB at 250mhz with 2-2-2-8 timings @ 3.2v memtest error free (after burn in). Think I got the (2) 512MB sticks for $116 shipped from Newegg.

do you have pictures without the heatsink so I can see that it is bh-5.
