every 10 minutes or so(+/- 10 minutes depending on system usage and CPU speed) it will give you a message completed frame x and so on, after 100 frames you have complete a WU!

WU - Work Unit, it is the little piece you download, process, and upload.
Welcome to the team! Glad to have you aboard. Depending on your machine and the protein being folded, it will take between 2 1/2 and 10 minutes to do a frame.
Several of us will be donating our machines to fold for the new members to give them a good start on their stats and I have your name on a list. There's a couple people ahead of you but when we get to you there will be about 7 or 8 machines folding under your name for 3 days. That should give you a good start in the stats.

Welcome aboard the team!! Great to have you.
If you want to see your progress in a more graphical fashion, take a look at the 'Electron Microscope' program.
You can find it by taking this link http://homepages.waymark.net/~lperry/weather/download/em.zip .
Unzip it in to your Folding@Home directory and read the documentation. It will track your progress and give you approx completion times, etc.
It is pretty cool.
Again, welcome and Fold On...
