X850 XT PE prob, with install.

Odd??? i recieved my nex X850 XT PE AGP today, and i reformatted to install it. Win XP Pro Sp1. anyways. its all done, and i go to use the disk to install it and it gives me some BS about installing from VGA!?


Any idea what thats about?

You reformatted so you reinstalled your chipset drivers right?

have you reinstalled every driver you need and is there a sp2 for win xp pro

and no, i finally got done with SP2, and, i kinda made it work, i installed the drivers from ati, 5.4's*
than i installed everything i could seperatly.
than i UNinstalled them ALL. used drivercleaner 3
and THAN reinstalled them. so now it works fine, works better than normal. odd? anyways. ty for the help.
