What to get for $150 budget?

I am looking to buy new speakers and a sound card. My budget on this purchase is around $150. Any suggestions? My motherboard is the DFI LanParty UT NForce3 250Gb, so whatever onboard is on that. Sound card + Speakers or more expensive speakers?
