CPU Database and AMD 64 Steppings

I hope this goes someway to pleasing everybody. I can understand Skip's idea for wanting as much data as possible for the database and have hopefully come up with a solution for those of you with AMD 64's, that they don't wish to remove the heatsink from. If it's anything like my experience, I won't be doing that again in a hurry.
