Looking for a program

Trying to locate a A64 memtweak program/utility that is very simple. You are allowed to select the cpu multi, and ram divider, then you enter your numbers, and it automatically displays the accurate cpu speed and memory speed. Any help would be appreciated. I think the program has the name "goddhor" in it. Or might be written by that person.
