Does anyone have any experience with the MSI G2Pro Plus-T64D??...is it a good o/c card??...its 64mb DDR but what n.s. is it/?...it doesn't say in the site...

I have an MSI 64MB DDR card and I like it. I have only had it for about a week so I haven't tweaked it much, but here are some recent scores:

3DMark 2000: 8849
3DMark 2001: 4039

I am using the 12.90 detonator drivers right now, but will be trying out the 14.40 drivers tommorrow.

I am sure with some tweaking and better cooling I could get up to 5000 on 3DMark 2001 and over 9500 on 3DMark 2000:)

Scooby...are you talking about the same card as the one i'm talking about??...its the MSI G2Pro Plus-T64D....or is that the same as the one you have...??

The box has a sticker in the lower right that says:

I tried the 14.40 drivers, but my scores went down a bit so I reinstalled the 12.90 drivers.

Also to answer a previous question the memory is 5ns

The card came with O/C and DVD software. I got the card for $130 shipped online. I didn't really shop around, but it seemed like a decent price.

How would I go about O/Cing this card to 450+?

The O/Cing software that came with it only goes to 440 and you state you are running at 480 and I want to try that:)

What drivers are you using??...is the driver from Msi or nvidia??....i was talking about this card with my friend...and he was like "the drivers might not be good cuz its not a really good brand"...that got me thinking...what if MSI goes bankrupt cuz they're not as popular as like asus...then we would have no updates whats so ever...any comments scooby??

I think MSI is a very good brand. They offer a good value for the money, which is important to me.

So far I have only tried the 12.90 and 14.40 drivers with my card as they seemed to give the best perfomance in the tests.
