I cant change the multiplier from 16x...
Someone in another post said my only options where gonna be 16x and 14x but i dont even see how i can do that..
Went into bios and did Ctrl+F1 to get all advanced options and no multiplier option..
Is it my CPU or my Board that wont let me chane the multiplier?
If its my board would either of these give me a much better overclocking experiance?

640's are unlocked, so it must be your board. Might check Gigabyte's website for a bios update if you haven't already.

I did flash the latest bios...
CPUz doesen show it being new however... but it shows it on startup so i figure its solid
is it uncommend for boards not to support multiplier?

use giga-byte's windows flasher, @bios. then make sure you click clear PNP and clear DMI. then in cpu-z it should show the correct bios version. i had the same problem with my 8KNXP rev. 2.
