I know that my case isn't well ventilated enough because if I open the side panel my temps drop 6C!!! First I have to clean my stuff up, my case is very messy. I will buy some IDE round HD cables. Now I have a "power blower" ball bearing case fan in the front for intake. In the back I have a "globe fan" sleeve bearing case fan for blowing hot air out (the case grill stops lots of air from getting out). I have a PSU fan blowing air out. I also have a PCI slot fan blowing hot air out from under my video card. I might not have enough air intake. My mom wont let me just have my panel off because my delta is loud and she scared that all the dust will get trapped inside. What should I do?????!!! Arggggghhh I'm goin insane!!

Try to replace the fans with more powerful and/or larger fans if possible. That or try to convince your mom to allow you to make some case modifications for more results

If you cut out the grill area on the front and back of your case your temps will significanltly go lower and you can keep the side cover on and your mom wont be complaining.
;) :p  :)
you're tellin the case grill stops lots of air from getting out, but what about your intake? thought 'bout that?
Besides, seems the right moment to swith to watercooling.
Your mom will be charmed by its ellegant quietness :D

:D Find out what size fans you are installing. Then go to home Depot and purchase a hole saw the same dia. size, use it to cut for the fan. BE CAREFUL when cutting with this saw if it hangs up and your grip on the drill is not tight you can brake your wraist.
GOOD LUCK AND MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU...............
