Ok i'm New here, My name is eddy.
In 1 month i want to buy a new system im thinking about an AMD Dualcore,2 x R520 , 1 x WD RAPTOR 74 GB, 1 x 200 GB Maxtor, TFT SAMSUNG 19", DVD-RW and i wanth to make a Case Mod, and I dont know wath Cooling device to use...
Sorry about my eanglesh i'm from romania :bang head

XP-120 for cpu
and
STASIS ICESTORM or Ati silencer for GPU ;)

Considering the insane amount of money those parts would cost, and the amount of heat that dual core will put out when overclocked, I would consider watercooling to be the absolute minimum you should even consider if you plan on overclocking.
Watercooling can cost a lot, or not much depending on how much work you want to do and what sort of performance you want.
If you are just looking for the best performing rig you can get, and cost isn't a big issue (which I would assume from the dual R520 etc) you also might want to consider a phase change system for the CPU. There are good systems available from retailers, or you could make your own system, or you could ask sandman to make a system for you. Link (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=381872)

Um, What in the hell are you going to do with two R520's? Are you building two computers?

i think he wants two because ATI is making them like nvidia's sli thing

it's called MVP, and around these parts we don't use aircooling.
I vote for two dual evap autocascades.

I vote for two dual evap autocascades.
Doesn't that add up to 4 evaps. Common now sandman, lets be reasonable, only one of those autocascades has to have dual evaps ;)

My bad, I read dualcore and didn't process it correctly.
I challenge you. Get 3 evaps to work right off one single stage system.

Ok.... so.... Waht the hack is an "evap"???? :bang head i'm only a bighiner in englesh :P :santa:

"evap" is short for evaporator, the part of a phase change system where the refrigerant evaporates and get's cold. The evaporator is the thing that you actually stick on your cpu or gpu to cool it.

You don't just buy an evap. You by a single, 2, or 3 stage phase machine.

In 1 month
I honestally do not want to come across as rude, but I tell this to people all the time. Do not start building a PC until you plan to order that day. Things can change so quickly in a month. You should review your situation then and only then.
However, :welcome: to the forums!
What sort of cooling were you looking at?

I do not reccomend it.... not at all. To build that you would need a blowtorch/welder and alot of other power tools. Not to mention the knowledge/experience to not hurt yourself.
Start with air or water first. Then move to pelts, then phase/evap

You can build your own, but you have to do a lot of learning first, and you need some tools.
Check out the extreme cooling section of these forums, as well as the vapor phase change section of extreme (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/index.php)
here are a couple decent guides on what you need and how to make a single stage system. link (http://www.vr-zone.com/index.cgi?i=713&s=1) link2 (http://www.vr-zone.com/index.cgi?i=714&s=1)
Like jack222 said, you don't just need and evaporator, you need and entire phase change system.
also, sen is right, you should gain some experience with less risky forms of cooling to start with. I'd say to build the computer with stock air, and once you get it up and running and learn how to control everything you can build a decent water setup or something.
