I am currently planning to purchase new memory for overclocking. I do not know much about the good memory out there so I am in need of suggestions. No real price range but I do not want it to be extreme or want to over spend (maybe up to the $250 range at most?). I use the DFI LanParty UT NForce3 250Gb motherboard and the 3400+ Clawhammer RETAIL cpu.

I ran into these:

How does that look?

Due to a change in budget, which memory out of these three should I purchase?

I have this ram, and I'm very happy with it.

And here are the sticks individualy.

Its a bit cheaper than the ram you have listed above, but I can run 1.5-2-2-5 @ 240mhz, 3.4v. It does 1.5-2-2-4 at 2.8v, 200mhz. Your milage may vary.
