See specs below.
I am having a lot of problems overclocking my system, even if I overclock it to something silly like 105*8.5 the system may start but as soon as I do something processor intensive the system
locks up :(
I have increased the processor core voltage and adjusted the PCI/AGP dividers accordingly.
Any advice?
Thanks
Andrew

What are your temps running? At what do you mean by adjusting the dividers? Doesn't the BE6 use SoftMenu?

Is your heatsink on level.
Common newbie mistake, trying to overclock before doing any cooling mods.

Abit BE6-2 does have softmenu 3, temps are about 46 degree C stock.
dividers as in PCI/AGP clock generator i.e at bus 100 PCI = 1/3 =33.3 etc

Temps are way to high to even think about a successfull O/C, get better cooling before you do anything to that 850, some good guides @ the main page here, take a look @ these first, and don't get a gorb, they suck a**. You can get a globalwin FOP-32-1 for about the same price, and much more efficent. That's my $2. but trust me on the gorb you will not be happy with it, I tried on a few months back on a celly 600 cCO @ default Vcc and FSB and still ran @ 35c 46c full load, changed to a globalwin and temps dropped to 29c 38c full load with Vcc 1.9 FSB 116 (1044). Havent looked @ HSF's for a few as I am happy with mine, I am sure thear are even better one's than this(Swiftec) mabie someone else can recomend you one better.
Remember that not all SCSI cards can operate at a bus speed higher than the standard 33Mhz.
Sometimes it may look like itīs the processor, but itīs one of the other subsystems thatīs having troubles.
I think itīs also important to know what your memory timings are.
