fuji film USB card reader

anyone know how to get these things to work? I have tryed all software and update's . it worked perfect under win 98 but will not with win ME.

I have the same card reader and it works under Me for me...

did you install using the cd?

this is the card reader that was a promotion that came with the camera, I had to send a coupon in fir it. it is white and say's fujifilm digital on the top, and the bottom has no model number just a serial number. I installed the software first then plugged it in and the wizard came up to install new hardware , everything goes fine until I try to use it , it show's the pictures names , but when I try to open it locks the pc up , and i have to reboot. this worked fine under win 98 a day ago, and I looked for conflicts on the usb ports , and changed them around , unplugged everything else, I am fed up with this thing .
