intel d875pbz / ddr performance ?

which of these three would give me the best performance? intel d875pbz board.
1 - 4x256 mushkin pc3200 level II [bh5] with PAT disabled.
2 - 2x512 pc3200 corsair value select ddr pc3200 with PAT enabled.
3 - 2x1gb corsair value select ddr pc3200 with PAT enabled.

It is my understanding that this board is limited in its overclocking. Does anyone know whether this is a "for sure" thing?

I would lean towards the tight timings but I'm kinda biased that way and may be off base.

Bill, maybe you should post this question in the Intel mobo section where there would be guys with more insight into this mobo.
 
Yes,
It is limited in its overclocking ,
go with tight timings , you cant adjust any thing in bios, except for ram timings in bios .
