Thanx for the responses guys, but I'm looking for the actual formulas (mathematical formulas) to calculate them. I saw it on here more than once, but I can't remember any of the threads and there's so many that I don't feel like searching for it. Besides, I really don't have 4 spare hours :).

From the radiate.txt file, here is the formula for finding the wattage.

CPU watts new=(new FSB/spec FSB)*((new Vcore/spec Vcore)^2)*spec watts

I'm not sure what the heat output formula would be...

that formular isn't right... it isn't FSB but total MHZ so it would be total MHZ/default...
Any1 know the AMD 1.4 tibrd 266mhz default wattage??

Try this (http://www.benchtest.com/calc.html) one..

I was trying to find my 'new' wattage too, & came across this.. Turns out mine is about 120Watts+!!! Egad!

NewWattage = SpecWattage*(NewMHz/SpecMHz)*(NewVcore/SpecVcore)^2
