I just checked my cpu and there is somekind of crystal stuff and some liquid stuff around the DIE...

is it getting burn or what?!?

I hope you didn't take the HSF off it well it is running if so it is probably burnt.

Otherwise that is probably the Thermal compound that is put on your cpu so that any irregularities in-between the heatsink and the fan don't allow heat to get trapped.

Probably but you should get some artic silver II to use instead of the stuff that comes on it.
