i read some sites that a person is selling 3.2ghz/2MB/800 Intel Confidential "ES" socket 478 .


is there such a thing as 3.2 ghz with 2 mb cpu?

i only see 3.2ghz with 1 or 512 kb cache ( and not 2 mb cache) .


is there such a thing ?

That's 2mb L3 cache.

sucka, your intel system, are you using watercooling or regular fan cooling. does it get reallly hot using it.

it didnot say if it is P4EE or not. i just guess it is L3 2mb cache.

Yeah, the Intel is water cooled. It does about the same though with good air, i tested that already. Temps are through the roof, hottest piece of hardware i've ever owned.

your intel pc, i guess you have the fastest ram in the market right now that is pc4400 ram ( G.skill TCCD).

do you think i need to buy clamps for my watercooling pc?

I've always used zip ties, but clamps would serve the same purpose. You'll need something though. Always leak test outside the system before you install. Take my word for it.
