I've been using DVD Decryptor to rip DVDs to my HD, now how do I burn the .VOB, .BUP, and .IFO files onto a DVD so my DVD players can read it?
Use Nero, create a new DVD movie, then copy the files into the VIDEO_TS folder and burn it
With DVD Decrypter you should really use the ISO Read & Write Modes, much simpler than IFO Mode.

What about the audio? Does it do it automatically?

I was talking about burning the VOB files with nero, not the iso.
I have a dual layer burner, so I don't really have to worry about the size (just the price of the blank media  ).
Speaking of which, can most DVD players (particularly the xbox, thats what I generally use) read burned DL disks?

Well, I've been backing up my movies onto Verbatim DVD-R's and burning them at 4X and have had no problems whatsoever on my PS2 yet amazingly. :p

The thing is though, it doesn't read burned CDs, though it does read bought CDs (oddly, it reads CDRWs with no problem...).
