which chipset or brand is good for overclock intel and AMD?

All of those brands are good for OCing, but OCZ is probably the best from what you have listed. More important than brand is the type of chip that your memory comes with. You want to memory with either TCCD, UTT, or BH5 chips.

is that true AMD is for TCCD (like PC3200 TCCD) and Intel is for (like Bh5)

what happen if i put the TCCD on Intel? does it make any difference for overclock or not?

TCCD generally works best for AMD systems, but it really all depends on your platform. Instead of asking such open-ended questions, why don't you provide us with a list of your specs so we can get a better idea of your system

Mushkin has just come out with their Redline XP4000 2-2-2-6 memory. I think it's UTT--requires high voltages like the OCZ VX line to get high performance.

intel p4 2.8c overclocked to ? speed
asus p4c800-e dlx
bba ati 9800 pro/xt
2 x sata hd raid 0
1x 200 ide hd
