Restoring Outlook Settings & Email without a backup

I'm reloading my sister's computer after her hard drive decided to corrupt the windows system32 folder, so I have no way of booting into windows to restore anything. I'm wondering how I can go about getting all of her emails back from her old drive (if they're still intact) by copying a series of folders and files, but I don't know which ones to grab. Could anyone help me here?
