yea im building a computer for my freind and i ordered everything and all and when the shippment came in, everything was there except for the floppy drive, modem, and hsf. Now on the invoice, the parts were crossed out just like everything else (cpu etc.) so i guess they were put in there. But theyre not in the box!!! and when i call webuildpcs, no one picks up the phone and a recording comes on sayin that all the agents are busy right now, i tried email, fax and no replys whatsoever! what should i do?
i mean i bought all the parts because i didint have the guts to tell my friend that they didint come, but still i paid for the parts and they should be in my hands.

BBB , if your credit card offers a product protection plan you should be able to get help there also , I think. Man this really sucks (mainly for you :( ) I was thinking about using these guys to get a retail version of WIN98se.

I have ordered from this company 2 different times, i got everything quickly, and the prices were very good too.

you might want to keep trying to call them, try different hours, i try to call a place 15-30mins after their 'open' time.

if you payed with a credit card, call them tell them what heppend, they should re-credit your account. then get in contact with the company.

well i have to go in there monday morning,i live right by them, if you give me your email i will explain to them and tell them to contact you if you want,i know you cant get thru on the phone because its a recording but i dont understand why they dont reply to your email.I will put my size 15 shoe where the sun dont shine :)

I have called them before and got the guy who runs the company. I couldn't order my case because my credit card's experation date was greater than I could enter on the website. He called the webmaster and it was fixed in an hour. I have nothing but good luck for them. I hope everything works out for you.

Hey Bmxpunk86pl,i talked to them this morning and gave them your email,they said there not sure what happened but they would look into it,for all that thats worth:) I picked up some artic silver2 and then found out that they have OCZ Quicksilver 2 which is the same quaility for only $2
