looking for the best way to cool video & ram

I would like to cool down my video card and my ram chips ddr. what are the best way to do this? I heard of a kit thermaltake memory cooling kit anyone used or heard of it and is it any good? also what is this lasanga chip cooler? anyone have a link to it or info and I don't mean dinner either :D well thanks for any info o also for the system fans I have a generic 80mm fan what are some good quiet fans

Memory cooling isn´t really worth it. They reason why I use memory hs is that it looks so cool :D
Concentrate on cooling the Core...The blue orb does a good job here and If you don´t mind to spend 25$ there´s also a little Alpha gpu cooler available (sorry, forgot the exact name).
