Ok, yes, im back after a long absence (as if anyone remembered me).

Alright onto the meat, im building a new system to replace my aging Ahtlon XP 2500+ Mobile based system. It reaches 2.3 Ghz and pushes 19K on 3DMark2001SE but like many on here im a tech junkie and the the urge to upgrade is now to hard to resist.

The following is my new system, its pretty standard as far as the high-end goes I was just wondering if anyone had further thoughts before I drop $1.6K on this demigod.

CPU: AMD Ahtlon 64 Rev. E "San Deigo Core" 3700+
Video: BFG 6800 GT OC PCI-Express
MoBo: DFI LANPARTY UT Nf4 SLI-DR
RAM: OCZ EL Platinum Revision 2 1GB
PSU: PC Power & Cooling 510 SLi
HDD: 2x 36GB 10,000RPM Raptor
DVD: PLEXTOR PX-712SA

The cooling will be my custom water setup thats running water through 3x Ford F-250 heater cores using a 1190GPH pump, the Gen-X Mak 4. All the tubing is Tygon high-pressure and the waterblock is a WhiteWater. Hope to get some good OC's out of this. All comments are welcome.

amazing setup, but i would also look into something like a 250g HD for storage. Seagate has a SATA, NCQ 250g for ~$130 on NewEgg.

I take it you're planning on going SLI eventually? If not go for the 6800 UT ;)

Wow, thats not a bad price at all, will have to add one to my shopping list.

Yeah the SLi will come eventually, just cant afford it right now im on a tight budget even though it doesn't look like it heh.

yeah i understand how that goes. i saw another member post about picking up that hard drive and was also surprised by the price... am half tempted to get it myself, but i just put together a decent WC system so i'm a bit strapped myself... oh well
