Need a gpu burn in prog

I have an ATI Radeon 9600 slightly oc'ed to 380 gpu 213 ram (stock 324 gpu 202 ram) It has run fine but just gave me some very freaky artifacts, the entire screen went black with nothing at all but green lines. So I need a prime95 esq program to torture test my gpu, and ram. I have atitool, but I am looking for a prog specifically for torture testing my card. To the mods >>>I put this in gen, because I think that the prog will be vendor neutral.

Loop nature test in 3dMark01, that's a very good gpu torture test.

I have 3dmark05, but I really want a prog something more like prime95...I mean I really want it to waste the most amount of heat possible.

veryhumid: ID'ntK that there was a way to loop the tests on 3dmark progs...would 3dmark05 have a way to do that too?

Also, I really want a prog that can run overnight, and if it detects an error, it will shut down the pc. I really want to garauntee stability after me little green screen of death incident, but I don't have the free time to sit around and watch it.

Best meathod I have found is to fire up the latest and greatest game du jour. Such as Doom3 or HL2.
