hand made water block

alright, i have come across a block of copper that i am thinking of using for a water block, would this work well. i was also planning of going to a junk yard and getting some mini fridge and taking the compressor out of it...... any ideas?

the waterblock isn't all that difficult to do, but be prepared to put a lot of time into making a good one, remember... drips + computer = bad news.

this guy did something to that effect.... rather difficult unless you're very technically inclined, or have too much money/time.
