Internet Usage Monitor

I am looking for a program (windows) that monitors how the connection to internet is being used, by the ammount of bandwidth.

A breakdown by which program would be awesome...

Like...
firefox.exe 10kb/s
bittorrent 150kb/s
windows update 40kb/s
worm 4kb/s

Anyone know of anything like that?

Active Ports will show what has connections to the network/internet. It wont however show the bandwidth usage of each program.

But something that shows bandwidth usage would be soo sweet.

Your going to want to try NetLimiter. It monitors and catalogs bandwidth and usage. I can look bandwidth usage for any program that has access to the internet to the hour for the past 6 months I've had it installed. You can also limit upload and download speed per program, plus program it to change that limit on a daily/weekly/etc schedule per program.
