Restore Points..how can I check if I have any?

I have a funny feeling that my computer isn't creating restore points

How can I find out if this is true?

Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > System Tools: System Restore

in there select to do a restore, click next and restore points will be in bold text

Ah thanks....its working..for some reason I thought it wasn't much appreciated!!!
