Looking for 512mb PC-150 Cas2

I looking for one of these on ebay for quite some time. I see ebay auctioning 512mb pc-133 cas3 for like $30...But i want 512mb pc-150 cas2. Anyone know where I could find these without the outrageous price

Your going to be hard pressed to find that item on Ebay.

I did a Google search looking for cas2 pc150 in a 512 meg stick for you to no avail.

Perhaps you could call MEMMAN.com (http://www.memman.com/category.asp?catid=4)

They have really good customer service and decent prices and they stand behind the ram they sell. I was thinking they could test a 133 stick for you to see if it'll go to 150, or maybe they can special order it for you.

Search on pricewatch (http://www.pricewatch.com). That's where I found my 256s. Alpha International Business is who I ordered from.

I just checked and their 512s are $65. Industry Standard PC150 CAS2.

PC150 isn't an industry standard. That's why you don't see Crucial selling any when pretty much everything that they sell will easily do that.

Corsair has some rated at cas-2. I have Crucial 133 cas-2 that will easily hit 150+. Think about saving you some money and get that.
