According to this article (http://www.extremetech.com/article/0,3396,apn%253D3%2526s%253D1017%2526a%253D15444%25 26app%253D1%2526ap%253D2,00.asp) , the ti200 has 5ns ram. I hope they looked at the actual ram instead of just going by the 400Mhz speed.
