need recommendation: buying Wi-fi G Router

could anyone recommend a router and a pci adapter (or even better PCIe 1x)
do the speedbooster things work, and is it worth the extra $?
also, are there any features i should be sure to get? i hear a lot about MIMO etc..
i'm just going to have 2 PC's connected (one by cable and the other Wi-Fi. and maybe an ocassional laptop.
any ideas?

I would suggest going with linksys and their wrt54g or gs, your choice and then possibly look into any "hacked" firmwares that may suit your fancy.

No the hacked firmwares do not increase speed.

If you plan to do a lot of Big file transfer over the wireless connection then speedbooster would be worth it.
