Which version of XP do you think is the most stable for OC?

Hi,
Just a curious question ?? Does the type of OS/Software installed affected the overclockability??

WinXP Pro , Pro Corp with SP1 or SP2
Or WinXP MCE ?

It shouldnt really make a lot of difference because if the hardware craps out then whatever OS u got installed will crash.

XP Pro SP1 and SP2..... both seem to be equally stable..... vastly superior to 98SE.

As long it's a newer OS, I think you'll be just fine.

Kinda off topic, but not too much: How did windows ME work for ocing. It was pretty much a worthless OS imo but I wasnt into OCing back then, and I actually never installed a copy onto my rig.
