I decided to mod an old crummy beiege case for the heck of it. I am taking in ideas so far on what to do but I am planing on making it waterproof and silent :) I will post pics when I get home.

why are you wanting to make it waterproof?? you'll need a way to circulate fresh air into the case somehow...

Unless of course he water-cools it then seals everything from exterior exposure except for the radiator.
Making an air-cooled computer water-tight would mean isolating or extending the heatsink surfaces so that they're the only parts exposed to outside air. And then you'd have to use cooling fans that are water-tight (which are available but expensive and kind of hard to locate).
